1. About TODAYLISTER

TODAYLISTER is an event discovery and information website focused on Riyadh. We list events and experiences to help visitors explore what is happening in the city. Our listings are informational and do not, by themselves, constitute event bookings, ticket sales, or organizer endorsements.

2. Using the website

You may browse TODAYLISTER for lawful, personal, and other legitimate informational purposes. Please do not interfere with website security or operation, try to access restricted administrative functions without authorization, distribute malicious code, or submit misleading, unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.

We may restrict access or remove content where reasonably necessary to protect the website, visitors, or other parties.

3. Event information may change

We aim to provide useful and accurate event listings, but information may be incomplete, outdated, or changed by organizers without notice. Dates, times, locations, prices, schedules, age restrictions, ticket availability, and cancellations can change.

Always confirm important details with the official organizer, venue, or ticketing provider before traveling, purchasing tickets, or attending an event.

4. Tickets, bookings, and external services

TODAYLISTER does not currently sell event tickets or process event bookings through its own public listing pages. When a listing links to an external organizer, ticket provider, or registration platform, any transaction or reservation is between you and that provider and is subject to its own terms, prices, refund rules, and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the operation or content of third-party websites, subject to applicable law.

5. Submitting an event

Visitors may propose an event using our Submit an Event form. Submissions are reviewed and initially stored as pending. Sending an event does not guarantee publication, placement, or continued availability on TODAYLISTER.

By submitting content, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, it is accurate, lawful, relevant to the event, and that you have permission to share any descriptions, images, or other materials included in it.

You grant TODAYLISTER a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, review, reproduce, format, translate, adapt for presentation, and publicly display the submitted event material as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the listing. You retain ownership of content you own. You can request a correction or removal by contacting us.

We may edit, decline, unpublish, or remove submitted content, including content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, duplicated, or potentially infringes another party’s rights.

6. Website content and intellectual property

The TODAYLISTER name, site design, original text, and other material created for the website may be protected by intellectual property laws. Event names, descriptions, logos, images, and linked material may belong to their respective owners.

Using TODAYLISTER does not transfer ownership of that material. Do not copy or republish substantial portions of the website or reuse protected images and content without the relevant permissions, except where allowed by law.

7. Availability and limitations

We strive to keep the website available and useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing is error-free. The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to any rights and protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TODAYLISTER is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on incorrect third-party event information, changes to organizer schedules, or problems with external booking services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to the website or these Terms

We may change website features, event listings, or these Terms as the service develops. When we revise these Terms, we will update the date on this page. Your continued use after changes take effect is subject to the revised Terms, as permitted by applicable law.

10. Applicable law

Your use of TODAYLISTER is subject to applicable laws and regulations, including those of Saudi Arabia where relevant. Mandatory consumer or other legal rights are not limited by these Terms.
