1. Information we receive

Event submissions. Our public event submission form asks for an event name, category, location, start and end dates, description, and optional details such as event time, price, image URL, and official event URL. It does not currently request the submitter's name, email address, or phone number as dedicated form fields.

Event descriptions, locations, links, or other free-text fields could contain personal information if a submitter chooses to include it. Please do not include private information about yourself or other people unless it is necessary and appropriate for public listing.

Messages you send us. If you contact us at contact@todaylister.com, we receive your email address and the information included in your message.

Technical information. Website infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, request information, and security logs when delivering and protecting the website.

2. How we use information

• To receive, review, verify, and manage submitted events.
• To publish suitable event details for visitors to discover.
• To respond to questions, corrections, reports, and other messages.
• To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and address misuse.

3. Event submissions and publication

New event submissions are initially saved as pending and reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee that an event will be published.

If an event is approved, submitted event details may become publicly accessible on TODAYLISTER, including through search engines. Please submit only event information you are authorized to share.

4. Service providers and third-party websites

We use third-party infrastructure to host and operate TODAYLISTER. These include Netlify for website hosting, Supabase for event data services, and Cloudflare for domain services and email forwarding. These providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services.

Event listings may link to organizers, ticket providers, registration pages, or image-hosting websites. When you follow an external link, the third party's own privacy practices apply. We do not control those websites.

5. Browser storage and cookies

TODAYLISTER uses browser storage to remember the selected language. Website infrastructure or third-party content may also use cookies or similar technologies for technical and security purposes.

If we introduce analytics, advertising, or other optional tracking technologies, this policy and any required consent choices should be updated before those technologies are enabled.

6. Retention and security

We retain event information and correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for website operations, review, publication, support, security, and applicable legal obligations. Information may be corrected, unpublished, or deleted when appropriate.

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. International processing

Some technology providers may process or store information outside Saudi Arabia. Where applicable, we aim to handle such processing in accordance with relevant legal requirements.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to raise questions or objections about how it is handled.

To request a correction to a listing, report privacy concerns, or make a data-related request, email contact@todaylister.com. We may need additional details to locate a relevant record or verify a request.

9. Children

TODAYLISTER is an event discovery website, not a service designed to collect personal information from children. Please do not submit personal information about a child in a public event listing unless it is appropriate and legally permitted.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if our services or data practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
